Refund policy

At Kunzite, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. Please review our policy before placing your order:

• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or product exchanges.
• Size exchanges only are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• We offer store credit (gift cards) only if an item is received damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
  Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos.
• If a product does not pass our quality inspection before dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will notify you promptly.
